Hi, I'm Ben, the founder of Smart Stand. With over 30 years of experience as a Tai Chi, Qigong, and Kung Fu instructor, as well as a leadership coach working with executives and business owners, I’ve seen firsthand how sitting at a desk all day can drain your energy and limit your productivity.

For years, I worked with people to help them improve their health, focus, and performance, but I noticed one common problem across the board—prolonged sitting was taking a toll on everyone’s wellbeing. That realization inspired me to explore better alternatives for how we work, and that’s how Smart Stand was born.
